I could tell you some fancy stories about how I grew up knowing that all I wanted to talk about were knives.
That, however, would be a lie.
The truth is that I grew a fascination for knives slowly and over the years. When it hit me how much I had learned about knives from taking them as a hobby, it was surprising.
From watching my mother cook (and yes, I do make a mean homemade meal too) with all her fancy knives to seeing what these tools can do in a fight scene (movie experience only), what’s there to not love?
